I plan on making games that are other than flash games. Just wondering, anyone able to make me a custom easy-to-use engine?

I think it should be called "D-L Engine"

But flash Intractable Quiz is still in the works! PM me if you can make me D-L Engine. If you can't, then what other engine could I use? (besides Flash)
